How you receive the text
You receive the final proofread version, ready to use. If you prefer, we also deliver the file in Word with Track Changes, so you can see every correction, and with comments on suggestions that need your decision, such as ambiguous passages or information to confirm.
How the quote is calculated
The price depends on the amount of text (per page or per word), the type of review and the turnaround. For an exact quote, send the file and tell us what the text is for and whether there are standards to follow.

What is the difference between proofreading and translation?
Translation moves a text from one language to another. Proofreading works within the same language: it corrects errors and improves the clarity of an existing text. We also review translations done by others, comparing them with the original.
Do you rewrite my text?
No. We correct and improve it, respecting your content, ideas and style. If you wish, changes can be tracked so you can accept or reject each one.
Do you apply ABNT standards?
Yes. We standardise citations, references, formatting, headings and numbering according to ABNT, APA, Vancouver or your institution's style guide. Send the required standards along with the file.
How long does it take?
It depends on the length of the text and the type of review. You choose economy, standard or express turnaround in the quote. Very short deadlines for long texts can compromise the depth of the review, so we always suggest a realistic timeframe.
In what format should I send my files?
Preferably in Word (.docx). We also accept PDF and Google Docs.
